Born and raised on the south side of Chicago in the heart of the Englewood community, she has accomplished a Master of Science degree in Accounting as well as her Master's in Public Administration. She has had a successful career over the past twenty plus years working for local not-for-profit's (i.e., Catholic Charities), University of Illinois at Chicago, and local government for the Probation department with Kane County 16th Judicial Circuit Court. Friends describe Carron as God Fearing, Favored, Blessed, committed and goal driven. Assertive and direct, former colleagues state she is very detailed and understands how to manage all types of people. She has a calm and self-assured demeanor that she utilizes to solve problems and exemplify her knowledgeable experience. It has always been a life-long desire to pursue a career in real estate, so when her one and only child left home for college, it was time to pursue her dreams of becoming a REALTOR®.
