About Ted

Ted Walania was born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago. Born to Polish immigrants one of which was a Holocaust survivor he is a fluent Polish speaker. He spent most of his adolescent years working with family in the various building trades. After suffering his whole life in the snow (his version of a four-letter word). He chose to move his family to warmer climates in sunny Florida. Ted took a job as a traveling salesman for a prominent jewelry line for 17 years. He has been to every state in the nation apart from three. He knows many major cities in the US. A father to now two adult sons he brought them here for a better education. Watching his sons grow in the Union County school system he became very active in their school, as well as other interests in the community. While his sons were in high school, he wanted to spend more time with them opening the door to his real estate career. His knowledge of sales, marketing, educational/seminar skills have given him the ability to speak to just about anyone on many different levels and topics. Ted has obtained an eye for luxury and the finer things in life. With all the different skills he has acquired it has made him into the REALTOR he is today. You can count on Ted to be with you every step of the way during your buying or selling process.
