I am lost for words on how to describe how the venture of selling and home and purchasing a new build with Ashley as my families representative. The level of professionalism coupled with her innate ability to deliver on her commitment to Coldwell Banker as well as to her clients is beyond reproach. She took the time to understand our needs, listened to every must have, and went to work on getting into a home that my family would be excited about. We downsized so the task was huge to find a home that would feel as spacious as the last. She delivered, We left a GREAT neighbor where we built great memories and life long friendships. Ashley delivered by placing us in a subdivision that new adventures will be possible. As a liaison between us and the builder/selling agent, she was right by our side ensuring we were getting the attention needed in a timely manner. We found Ashley by searching for local agents and then by online ratings. Ashley has good ratings. She did not disappoint. We wanted to move as quickly as we could. We had quite a challenge in that we needed to do contingency contracts on selling and buying. Ashley's experience is an asset to potential home buyers. She is very familiar with the areas in which she works. She knows the assorted home builders and what to look for in the various types of homes. She does not waste time and cuts to the chase. We went out numerous times to find houses we liked. On more than one occasion we found a house we liked only to later discover there were impossible issues with it so we would have to keep looking. Ashley did not get discouraged and she kept our spirits up. We eventually found a house we wanted and made an offer. Within a little over two weeks, with Ashley's help, we were able list our current home and attract numerous potential buyers, finally got an offer and were able to close on both houses within a month's time all during the crazy corona virus situation. Ashley was very responsive to our needs. She was fast to respond to questions or concerns we had throughout the entire process. She assisted us with finding handymen to help with minor repairs and fixing up the home we were selling as well as helping us with finding a mortgage broker and closing attorney. She even offered to help us find home inspectors but we handled that ourselves. All of the other people she recommended or suggested were excellent and a pleasure to work with for such an endeavor. We were so nervous during the process with the virus worsening concerned we might not be able to get everything done. Ashley was a steady hand throughout. A better agent cannot be found. We strongly recommend Ashley to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home.

My husband and I recently relocated to South Carolina from Texas and we were fortune enough to have Ashley as our realtor. From day one, she made us feel as though we were her only clients. She responded to all of our texts, emails, and phone calls promptly. It was very stressful being in another state before we moved to South Carolina permanently, but she made sure we were involved every step of the way in the process. Ashley was the BEST! We were first time home buyers and had literally no idea what we were doing. She walked us through every step and answered all of our questions. We felt completely at ease. Ashley really fought for us and kept us informed when anything was going on. Her knowledge of the greater Columbia area is fantastic and she showed us homes in multiple areas to get a feel for the locations we liked.
