I started my sales career 18 years ago. The common theme throughout every one of my transactions is simple: I'm in the game for the long haul. I pride myself on honesty, hard work and helping my clients navigate through personal or life changing purchases and sales. I also loves the skill of negotiating ¿ finding a beneficial outcome for my clients is very important and I also pride myself on maintaining a good relationship with all parties involved. I have strong relationships in my real estate community. On average my listings sell within 3% of list price. I always know what is going on in the market. I have a good understanding of what is important to my clients and which area is the right fit to match those needs and wants. With my warm and friendly personality, I am very involved in the Truckee and Plumas Sierra community. Serving on the Plumas Sierra Board of Realtors keeps me up to date on current real estate trends and education. I'm raising 3 boys with my husband and enjoying an active family lifestyle that includes skiing, camping and boating. Serving on the Truckee Little league Board and watching all three of my boys excel in baseball, has kept me grounded and very thankful.
