Mary Miyata Mary Miyata brings a wealth of talent to Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Her resume reflects over twenty-five years of sales, business development and brokerage experience. While working in commercial sales in Los Angeles, Mary brought in clients such as The Walt Disney Company, Warner Communications, Hughes Aircraft, Merrill Lynch, Blue Shield of California, and Colony Capital. This customer focus characterizes her representation skills. Mary's commitment is to understand her client's real estate wants and needs and to diligently work to fulfill the requirements. Ms. Miyata joined Coldwell Banker in 2012. Her approach to residential client representation is energetic, responsive and hands-on which has also enabled her to establish a large personal network within the real estate industry. Moved by a passion to assist children orphaned by the devastating HIV epidemic, Mary decided to move to South Africa in 2002, where she resided for 5 years. She founded an active US non-profit, public charity 501(c)3, Children's AIDS Art Programme (CAAP) (childrensaidsartprogramme.org), operating outside of Cape Town, South Africa in an impoverished settlement named 'Khayelitsha'. Mary is highly motivated to continue her success in the real estate business and contribute monies earned toward her endeavors with these children.
