I have been involved in real estate on many levels: as a buyer, an investor, a property manager and now as a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker. My focus is to see that my buyer clients get not only my personal attention 7 days a week, but also that they get the home or investment property that they want and need in the best area for the best price. For my selling clients, I make sure that their home is positioned in the market correctly to bring them the returns that they hope for in the timeframe that they require. I have a team of craft-people from stagers to plumbers to painters to landscapers and more if they so choose to help them also.
Marin is a place unique with not only micro-climates for weather and gardening, but also micro-climates of restaurants, shops, housing styles, and neighborhoods. I am familiar with and can help my clients find the right fit for them within these myriad choices.
I have lived in Marin County for over 40 years. My sons went to public schools and now my grandchildren are in kindergarten through middle school here. I also know Marin schools intimately as I worked for San Rafael City Schools for over 22 years as a teacher, mentor and master teacher. I can answer any questions you may have about schools in the county and what to expect K-12.
I look forward to meeting and assisting you in buying or selling your home. But I also look forward to being your real estate resource for any information you may need to improve your home, stay in your home longer, or just to know what your home is worth in today's market. I have the skills you need to be a savvy buyer, seller or investor because I have been in all those positions over time.
