I began my real estate career 36 years ago in Gilroy and Morgan Hill as a sales associate with Century 21 and became affiliated with the Morgan Hill office of Contempo Realty in 1987. In 1991 I received my Broker's license and moved into the position of Managing Broker for the Contempo Hollister office in November of 1991. After 10 years in management, and in order to provide more personal service to my clients, in 2001 I transitioned back into sales and joined the Coldwell Banker Office in Morgan Hill.
Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix 1999. Real Estate Broker's License in 1991. Graduate REALTORS Institute in 1987.
My slogan, "Put the Silkwood Advantage To Work For You" is also my philosophy. My knowledge, experience and reliability are the advantages my clients receive when working with me. I also receive great satisfaction in showing and selling homes to my clients. It's especially rewarding to find the exact home my clients are looking for and complete the transaction on that home. Additionally, I enjoy working with sellers to bring about the close of their home and celebrate with them as they move into their next home.

I was a Gilroy resident for 27 years. In 2004, my husband and I moved to Morgan Hill. I have three grown children and am grandmother to four beautiful granddaughters and five handsome grandsons who are all the delight of my life. In my spare time I enjoy walking, gardening and crochet/knitting projects.
