"Chris Taelemans got us into our beautiful home in west Menlo Park and we closed in May 2012. Because of her hard work and foresight, we submitted an early offer and after some negotiations, it was accepted before the sellers heard offers from anyone else. We got the house for less than our maximum price. Chris really guided us to know about the market in Menlo and Palo Alto and to know about the best house for our budget. Throughout our search, she was in constant communication and always available. She took the time to understand our needs and showed us homes in the evenings and on weekends. Chris gave us her full and undivided attention and I always felt like a valued client with her. I would strongly recommend her as a terrific, experienced and tenacious real estate agent."

"Chris, you have done so much for us. You are unlike other agents who just want to close the sale without regard for the best interests of their clients. Your patience and negotiation skills delivered great results and we can now go onto our next 5 year plan. I am extremely happy with the outcome. In short, I would recommend you highly to friends because I don't believe they will find an agent with greater energy, integrity, understanding, tenacity and dedication. Sincere thanks for all your efforts".
