About Sandy

Sandy Rappaport is an experienced Coldwell Banker sales agent, with expertise on both the listing and buying sides. She works closely with her clients, understanding their needs, passions and motives for making a move. She provides them with customized, hyper-focused attention, and offers the service it takes to achieve a seamless transaction. She is equally comfortable working with first time homebuyers who are new to the area as she is with long time residents looking to move on to a new phase of their lives. Having worked with a developer, Sandy has considerable expertise in new construction, which helps her to understand the finer details of homes of any age. Sandy Rappaport is a long time Westport resident and an active leader in Westport's volunteer community. She is co-chair of The Federation for Jewish Philanthropy of Upper Fairfield County's Books2Connect program, which promotes literacy through the gift of books. She is proud to serve on the annual luncheon committee for Pink Aid, an organization that supports providers of breast cancer services in Fairfield County as well as cancer patients with financial need. She recently served as a member of the Board of Staples Tuition Grants, an organization that awards grants to Staples High School seniors and graduates with demonstrated financial need. Sandy is an active participant and former Board member of the Westport Chapter of Hadassah, of which she is a past president. Sandy is also a past president of the PTA at both Coleytown Middle School and Staples High School. She served for several years on the Board of Directors of The Conservative Synagogue of Westport and also served on the Board of Directors of The Federation for Jewish Philanthropy of Upper Fairfield County. Prior to becoming a Realtor, she served as Director of Special Projects and Financial Planning at The Long Island College Hospital in Brooklyn. She holds a Bachelors degree in History from the University of Michigan and a Masters degree in Public Health from the University of North Carolina. Sandy and her husband, Mark, have lived in Westport since 1991. They raised two daughters here who are proud to call Westport home.
