Business Philosophy Hedy feels her goal is to match families with the home of their dreams. After 17 years in the business, she is committed to integrity and professionalism. Education and Training BA/ English - City College of New York MA/ Englilsh - New York University Pratt Institute - certificate in design Real Estate Salesperson's Course and up to date on Continuing Ed. Courses Awards and Designations Salesperson award for August 2003 Areas of Expertise I've had years of experience selling single family homes, co-ops and condos. I also service rental customers both short and long term. In addition, I assist both builders and buyers with new construction. I particularly love helping first time buyers find that special house. Community Involvement In order to give back to my community I have been active in the various school PTAs, the Junior League, the women's campaign of the UJA and the sisterhood of Westchester Reform Temple. Personal Background I have lived in Scarsdale for 27 years. Both my children attended the schools and went on to college so I have firsthand knowledge of the quality of the education system. I also have a design backround and can visualize the possibilities that every house can have. I'm very helpful with people who have trouble seeing how an older house can be transformed. I'm also an avid gardener and know a lot about plants and landscaping.
