Having raised her children within Connecticut’s school systems, Elaine takes great pride in the accomplished young women they’ve become—one a graduate of Hofstra University, and the other a graduate student at Southern Connecticut State University. As buyers, Elaine and Joe also purchased a small deli in Bridgeport, which they successfully managed until selling it in 2014. Having hands-on experience in both residential and commercial real estate has given them a deep understanding of the challenges and rewards that come with property ownership.
