Mrs. Leslie Layne is a top tier real estate agent who I have used twice; to purchase and sell a home. She was so good the first time I sought her services when it came time to sell the home she sold me. There was never another option even though seven (7) years passed from the first time she provided service. In 2011 I purchased a home in Plano, Illinois while living overseas in Japan. Leslie pays a professional photographer to photograph your home and she does it from her own funds! she will not charge you! Home photographs may be the single most under rated supplement to buy/sell a home, but it is most likely the very thing to get a buyer to visit your home in the first place. The property received top quality photos set up in a way to help potential buyers visualize the home as if they were there. The photographer also provided wonderful aerial photos to show off the property size! Further, Leslie will print out fantastic flyer handouts for potential buyers to take home and again it is from her own funds as she knows what it takes to sell a home. Leslie will recommend a phenomenal supporting team to help finalize the purchase or sale of your home. No pressure, but I recommend taking her advice because a team who has worked together before and willing to do so again results in grade- A quality service. The lawyer she recommended was always available to answer questions and to guide me through counter-requests from the buyer. I was able to speak my mind and no one was impatient to explain to me a process when I did not fully understand it. The contractors who Leslie can recommend are all highly regarded and each did their part to make my home sale a reality.
