My Client Reviews
We loved working with Tara. She was always patient when unexpected things came up. She was understanding, knowledgeable and always upbeat and positive. We felt very well taken care of and she made everything go smoothly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!
Tara is a trustworthy realtor whose advice I highly value. She is always honest about what she knows about property, is a fierce advocate for her clients (and even those who aren't). She kept me informed of my responsibilities during the sale and purchase of my old and new homes. I highly recommend Tara for either buying or selling your home.
Working with Tara was a great experience. We moved from the West Coast with no knowledge of the local area and limited time for house hunting trips. On the weekend we were in town Tara took us to see several homes, but we just had not found the one we wanted. Tara continued to send us market updates, and a home came on the market after we returned home. Since we were not in the area, Tara helped us out with a video tour of the home. When we made an offer, Tara handled the inspection and found a contractor for the estimates we needed to negotiate the best deal. Her knowledge of the local market and area and her professionalism helped our search and purchase go smoothly. We recommend Tara highly.
Tara is the epitome of a professional. She is very responsive, took all of our needs and wants into consideration, and helped in anyway she could. I would definitely recommend Tara to anyone looking to buy a new home.
Tara was amazing. We had started looking in September and found we were not ready, but she kept in touch and when we were ready it was nice to work with someone who knew the ins and outs of everything. We are new home owners and she gave us information to make sound decisions.

Henry and Sandra, It was a pleasure to work with you both and I was more than happy to help however I could. I hope you enjoy your new home!
Tara is exceptional! Tara helped us sell our rental house in Kansas, which we were not able to visit before listing. We found Tara after unsuccessfully selling our house through another agent. Tara helped us get the house ready for listing and arranged contractors to complete all necessary repairs. Unknown to us, our house was not really market ready the first time around, but Tara became our eyes on the ground helping us throughout the process to make sure the house was ready for sale. She had our upmost trust. Selling a house in winter, in a buyer's market, and us being far away from the property can be very challenging for a seller, but Tara did it! We are so thankful.

We worked with Tara to sell our rental house in Manhattan, KS. We live in Kansas City and were not able to visit the property before listing. Tara was a great help at preparing the property for listing as well as arranging for contractors to complete the necessary repairs needed before listing. If we ever have a need for a realtor in the Manhattan area again we wouldn't hesitate to make Tara our first choice!

1. THE FIRST STEP IS SEARCHING FOR A HOMEYou know the saying, "Don't put the cart before the horse," well that's important to remember when it comes to buying a home. You don't want to start looking for a house until you have gotten to sit down with a lender and discuss what the bank will qualify you for. If you fall in love with a house that's $250,000 and come to find out you're only qualified for $200,000 you can get your hopes crushed and waste a lot of time. Don't start the process on the w...
