About Tara

Tara moved to Manhattan in 1998 to attend Kansas State University, after graduation she decided to make Manhattan her home. Tara worked in healthcare for six years when she decided she was ready for a change. Tara decided she wanted to get in to the family business, real estate. She obtained her real estate license in 2002 and became a member of the Manhattan Association of REALTORS, Kansas Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS. Since becoming a REALTOR, Tara has received her Broker's license in the State of Kansas and continues to stay on top of the real estate industry. A lover of technology, Tara obtained her Internet Marketing Designation in 2013 and has used her extensive knowledge to assist many buyers and sellers in the area. Tara and her husband Travis, love the outdoors and spending time with family and friends. They enjoy all that Manhattan and the surrounding areas have to offer from Kansas State University Events, the local restaurants (they are foodies), to the natural beauty of the Flint Hills. Although the enjoy the events in Manhattan, they are known to travel to the various surrounding communities to take part in the various festivities and events happening there. Both being raised in small towns, being part of that is still incredibly important and nostalgic to them.
