When I first met Ms. Floyd I knew she was the right realtor for my husband and I. I loved her responsiveness whenever we had a question. She is very professional and a very loving person. Working with Kim is really an experience she is not just trying to sell you a house she is trying to help you find a home. After working with Kim to get my first home I knew she would be the perfect person to work with when selling my home and looking for a new one. And I was correct. Kim was with me every step of the process with my selling and buying of my new home. I am not always the easiest person to work with however Kim never made me feel like I was on her nerves she was always available via phone and that is really important for the buying and selling process especially when you are doing it all at the same time. I must admit this process was very stressful however having someone like Kim to assist me took a lot of the stress away. I would highly recommend Kim as a realtor buying or selling. She is great at her job. And if you are a First-time home buyer I could not think of a better person to be with you every step of the way.
