I have been engaging in real estate for 12 years in the Omaha-Carter Lake areas. I bring a wealth of financial (18 years) and tax (17 years) knowledge to help homebuyers and investors gain a more complete view of real estate buying and selling. I am also a local business owner (Spielbound Board Game Café and Constant Consulting) and assisted several companies in purchasing commercial and rental properties so I have a rare prospective of real estate transactions ranging from help families buy their first homes to purchasing commercial property. My father served in the Air Force for 20 years so I got a chance to experience the life of a military family and the reality of frequent moves (North Carolina, California, Colorado, Okinawa, Hawaii, Nebraska).
