Steph worked very hard for us, as selling our home was key to being able for me to retire. Well key is sort of an understatement, without selling it, there is no retirement. She got the job done!!! There were some rough spots, if you don't think they are going to happen, you need some more life experience. Most were caused by me, some by the buyers agent, especially with getting their house closed so they could buy ours. But Steph handled them successfully, and to me that is the measure. I have no problem at all recommending her as your agent buying or selling. PS: I don't know if you'd consider this a positive or a negative, but to me it's a great plus, she took the inevitable problems that came up more or less personally. I'd expect most agents to shrug their shoulders and say "Oh well, that happens." but not Steph. She took it personally and reacted as though HER life depended on resolving the issue. I suppose you could say it was her job and her pay depended on getting it resolved, but she stuck with me, executed her responsibilities just as professionally as if I took an offer at market price instead of the price I accepted, which was way less than market. She could have shunted me aside for more lucrative work already in her lap, but she didn't.

What a great first call to Stephanie. I explained my thoughts and concerns about buying just the right place for myself. She listened, had knowledge about the possibilities in the area and was ready and willing to give me any help I needed. I believe I am in good hands with Stephanie and the Coldwell Banker company. It is a good beginning with growing trustworthiness.

As you follow the news, you're likely seeing headlines discussing what's going on in today's housing market. Chances are high that some of the more recent storylines you've come across mention terms like cooling or slowing when talking about where the market is headed. But what do these terms mean? The housing market today is anything but normal, and it's still an incredibly strong sellers' market, especially when compared to the few years leading up to the pand...
