I am an active Realtor of residential and commercial properties since obtaining my license in 2005 and Associate Broker License in 2012. I am a member of the National Association (NAR), The Delaware Association (DAR) and The Sussex County Association of Realtors (SCAOR). In addition, I am also a Delaware 5 Star Professional Award winner for many years, most recent being 2022. I serve all of Delaware with concentration in all of Sussex and South Kent counties. Coldwell Banker Premier has 4 locations in Sussex County alone from the beaches to Western Sussex, which is one of the shores largest agencies! I was awarded a CB Luxury Property Specialist designation. It's a comprehensive marketing effort designed specifically for marketing luxury residential properties to affluent buyers worldwide. I am also a degreed Electrical/Electronic Engineer since 1982. I was the first female engineer to work for Salisbury Engineering and K & L Microwave both of Salisbury, Md. I was promoted to Sales Engineer in 1987 at K & L where I oversaw international sales. Soon thereafter I took over Southern U.S. and New England accounts. My job was to design, sell and market product to defense companies such as Texas Instruments, E-Systems, General Dynamics and Boeing to name a few. I retired from this exciting job to be a stay-at-home mom when my daughter was born in 1993.
