Brenda Hudson began her real estate career in June 2003 with Coldwell Banker. As an Associate Broker she works with Buyers and Sellers to fulfill their real estate needs. Her contacts and governmental relationships help with those unique real estate scenarios. Brenda holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and has an extensive Business background. Consistently voted a Five Star Professional by her clients and is a recipient of the President’s Silver Award which is for Top Producers and the 2021 Coldwell Banker Manager's Award for the Rehoboth Beach, DE office. Brenda has served on the Sussex County Association of Realtor’s Community Foundation Committee and is a member of the Sussex County Association of Realtors, Delaware Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. While being committed to assisting her clients with their needs and diligently working with them until they are met she prides herself as being reliable and always in contact with those that she serves. A mother of two, grandmother of four, and wife. She resides in Milton, DE with her husband Michael. She enjoys camping with the grandkids and time with her husband and doggies.
