Terrye sold a rental property for us. We had long term renters and she was very professional in protecting their rights and their health with all the COVID regulations. Ms Terrye Steiner has all the qualities a client is looking for; hands down! She is very professional, with a heart of gold. Terrye went above and beyond as our agent. We were first time buyers shopping from out of state, with the seller representing herself. All of this could have caused major hiccups throughout the process, but Terrye made it seamless. She would regularly video call us, and set clear deadlines throughout the process that she followed up on meticulously. At one point we were considering asking for a sellers credit for replacing windows, but didn't know how to price this. Terrye, completely unprompted, went to a window repair shop with measurements and got us a quote. There was a converted garage on the property we weren't sure had permits, Terrye immediately went down to city hall and cleared up everything. We needed needed an inspector last minute, Terrye knew a great one avaliable and coordinated it for us. Every step of the way Terrye went beyond what would be expected of her, making us more than confident in the process. I can't recommend her highly enough, thank you so much Terrye!

Our best home buying experience! My family and I recently relocated to Bakersfield from Phoenix, AZ. With only a weekend to find a home, Terrye set us up for a full day of house shopping. We looked at 16 in a single day! Terrye was right there with us, helping us to evaluate the homes as well as the community. Once we found the home we wanted, She helped us evaluate the area and market in order to submit an acceptable offer. During our escrow period, we dealt with a number of issues (delayed responses, insufficient documentation, etc.) from the seller's agent. Terrye stood her ground for us and addresses every issue with grace and professionalism. Terrye is truly an amazing agent. She is a great communicator, very responsive, and dedicated to her job and her clients. I recommend Terrye Steiner with zero reservations!

Terrye is wonderful! I cannot say enough about how great she is! She is on top of details from day one of house hunting until the day of closing. Every email I sent to her got answered that day--she was always readily available for any questions I had--even after she handed me the house keys! Having previously worked under Terrye, while she was employed with the city of Bakersfield, I was able to witness how amazing her work ethic is. She eventually retired and became a realtor. Several months later I needed a realtor to purchase my first home and I knew exactly who I needed to contact. Her dedication to her clients and immense knowledge of our community put her above the rest. She will be there when you need her and can answer all questions. Having recently taken up residency here in the US we found that Terrye made it very easy to travel down the road to buying a home.
We found her to be the consummate professional, and kept things real allowing a bit of fun to be had along the way. She is very knowledgeable about residential properties within the Bakersfield area and their relative pricings. Terrye was extremely easy to work with. She has extensive knowledge of the area and used that to help us find our forever home. We had many requests and requirements along with a limited budget and she helped us stay under our budget and still find the perfect home for our family.
