    As a real estate investor, I needed a realtor who understood my underwriting needs for investment properties. The properties needed to "make sense" and cash flow. As an out of town investor, David was able to survey neighborhoods on my behalf and provide me opportunities that fit my "buy" criteria. Finding someone with his knowledge and interpersonal skills was a godsend. I can't recommend him strongly enough!!!

    It was an extremely easy process than the first time we purchased our first home. David was very intuitive to our needs and attempted to comply with what we were seeking. David was honest and up front with questions and we felt extremely comfortable asking his in put. We were very impressed with his promtness and accomendating are schedule. We would recommend David to anyone seeking an excellent realtor!

    I think David is the best real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He is very conscientious dedicated in helping his people find the right house. When he made an appointment he was always on time. I would be willing to recommend him to anyone. I am very happy with the house he helped us find and buy
