I worked with Denise for months before I found the perfect home, and she never got tired of showing me around. I was living out of town so she even did many Facetime showings for me before I could visit. She also included my daughter and son in law in visits. She responded quickly even though once I was texting middle of the night so I wouldn't forget something. I couldn't have found a greater agent. She was up front on everything. I couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Denise as my realtor. When I made an offer to a home that was large for us, she was so honest to tell us. It turned out I also realized that that house was larger than we needed. She is very honest when give's suggestions. Many of us really need advice from experienced agents like Denise. But not every agent would give advice like her. I appreciate her professional support in the past. I would recommend her to my friends.

I've worked with Denise acting as my buyer's agent and later acting as my seller's agent. She's an incredible ally in both roles. Denise is smart and knows her business. She's also tough and takes care of her clients. She won't lie to you, she won't just tell you what she thinks you want to hear. She'll take care of you as a buyer and as a seller. She's also balanced ' she knows what she's doing. She advises toughness when needed, and she know when and where to compromise ' and when and where not to.
