My Client Testimonials
Every day I look out at the 10 Mile Range I realize how lucky it was to have had Scott as our realtor. Scott helped us with our first purchase of a condominium in Breckenridge and was clearly knowledgeable about the market and locations for both personal use and rental revenue. When we decided to move to Breckenridge and build a home we again went to Scott. Scott patiently showed us lots in all areas and demonstrated his knowledge of the pros and cons of each area. Using his recommendations we found the perfect lot, in the perfect location for us. Whether you are looking for a small condo, building lot, or a legacy home, Scott will provide expert information and advice to guide you in making the right decision.

We stopped at several empty lots and Scott advised us of things we wouldn't have considered, such as number of trees on the lot, the slope of the lot and how that would affect building, where we would get morning and afternoon sun, direction the home would face, etc.
We ended up purchasing a lot in Breckenridge and building on it. We couldn't be happier with the location! Near a bus stop and several hiking trail heads with maximum sun on our driveway to quickly melt snow in the winter. We are halfway between Frisco and Breckenridge, which was the perfect location for us with school-aged children.
