About Kevon

Kevon Von Eschen was born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, where he grew up immersed in real estate and construction through two generations of developers in his family. Some of his earliest memories are of walking job sites with his father, sparking a lifelong interest in the craft of building homes and the lasting value of thoughtfully designed spaces. In 2015, Kevon moved to Breckenridge to teach snowboarding for a winter season—and quickly realized he had found the place he wanted to call home. Nearly a decade later, he has built both a life and a career in the mountains, combining his passion for Summit County with a deep understanding of the local real estate landscape. Kevon’s background in construction and renovations, paired with his intimate knowledge of Breckenridge and the greater Summit County market, gives his clients a distinct advantage—particularly in the competitive luxury mountain resort market. He brings a trained eye for quality craftsmanship, an understanding of a property's long-term potential, and a commitment to helping clients make confident, well-informed decisions. Kevon lives in Breckenridge with his wife of three years, Melanie, their young son Jack, and their Bernese Mountain Dog, Oakley. When he’s not working with clients, you’ll most often find him snowboarding, enjoying the trails and mountains of Summit County, or spending time outdoors with his family.
