    We were absolutely well represented by Marvin Julich as we relocated into the Decatur area. He was very responsive and extremely helpful in handling details in our absence. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a home in this area. He set up showings based on our needs as we relayed them to him; did not show us any homes that were outside the guidelines furnished, including price.

    Marvin was prompt to answer my request for listing my mothers home. He was prepared with home comparisons in the neighborhood. Actually Marvin sold the house in less than one week. Marvin helped me find some one who would clean the house after we emptied the house. He also found some one to do little things around the house to prepare for the sale.
