Completely disappointed in our experience. There were numerous mistakes that negatively impacted us financially. Her lack of real estate knowledge and poor communication made selling our home feel like a nightmare. Most importantly, we experienced a lack of integrity and trust on multiple occasions including commitments made and unkept as well as giving people access to our home when we were clear not to. We did not even get notice of our closing being finalized or a thank you for her business. This was our 7th real estate transaction and have never had a bad experience until working with Marie and Coldwell Banker. We do not recommend their services.

Marie she is very responsible respectful and very helpful person. One of the best broker I ever had. In the future if I have to buy another house or sell I will definitely go to Marie.

It was surely a stroke of luck that placed us in the kind, steady and knowledgeable hands of Marie. She listened carefully to our needs and concerns, and then guided us through the entire process with patience and expertise. Marie responded to every question with immediacy, and if she herself didn't know the answer, she knew the appropriate source to go to and locate the information quickly and accurately. We let marie know about 2 years ago that we were interested in an investment property but it had to be the right fit. She was available whenever we needed her and made it clear she would do whatever we needed her to do. We closed on the house last week and I let Marie know that we will not hesitate to use her services again. Marie is not a fly by night realtor- she's the real deal, you won't be sorry using her for your next real estate investment.

Marie helped me to find and purchase my first home, she was there and available every step of the process. Marie had to limit has to where she would travel for her client to view a home (if you want to see it, she will drive to it). She is very reliable and always available when I had a question or wanted to see a home at the last minute. Throughout the short period of time I've worked with Marie, she has become family.
