Kirsten was so knowledgable about the current housing market and helped us find our dream house the first week we started working with her. She was so helpful with all aspects of purchasing the house from the mortgage, moving, dealing with the lawyer, etc. I wouldn't have been able to do it all without her and would have been so lost without her help. - D.E.A.F. I am proud to say that this now defunct education and advocacy group has outlived its usefulness! With earlier intervention, deaf and hard of hearing children are now gaining access to language at an earlier age, and therefore have fewer struggles with language, school, friendships, etc. Being part of the steering committee was a powerful experience and our group brought in many wonderful speakers from all over the country to educate parents, healthcare providers and teachers.
