I've waited far too long to write this review, primarily because I felt that anything I could say about Jennifer and her performance would be inadequate, or to do her justice it would be longer than anyone would care to read. I'll try here to strike a balance. It was very difficult to sell house. It had some maintenance issues due to being a rental for almost a decade, it had an unusual foundation, and there was a renter who was well meaning but made things difficult. On top of that, I wasn't the ideal seller: I didn't have enough money to let it sit long enough for the market to do it's thing and sometimes (read: often) would vent my anxiety. Through this, Jennifer was not only a total pro, but a genuinely good person. She never sugar-coated anything, giving me realistic information to work with, even if it meant inconvenience for her. When work needed to be done, she knew exactly who to call, and even stopped by and did some herself! She never once took the easy way, and always was the voice of reason and ethics in a difficult situation. The things that always kept her on track was 1) her ethics, and 2) her persistence in getting the place sold. She was unfailingly honest but understanding, made decisions that I believe cost her some commission money in the end, but wound up being the right thing to do, and was always there when I needed her. On top of that, she never lost focus. The end goal was to sell the house, and all of her activities were to that end. She helped me contract roofers, pool maintenance people, cleaners, etc. and always recommended the best people ? but did not become a rental manager. She told me where to save money, where to spend it, always with the dogged eye on finishing the job. She was great at finding buyers who were interested in this unusual property, and always gave realistic assessments of the markets and of the buyers themselves. When she was referred to me, my friend described her as a "bulldog" because she never let up in her efforts. This is the best description I've heard. I can't say enough about her ethics, competence, and effectiveness. Nor can I say enough about her as a person. I would recommend her to anyone, without hesitation or reservation. She is literally the best I have ever worked with, and I've bought and sold a good number of houses. I'm genuinely grateful for everything she has done, and have come to think of her very warmly as a person. 10/10: would sell with again.

This experience was outstanding Jennifer had the house on the market for two days and sold it I had it on the market for almost 2 years with another agency not much luck I would definitely recommend Jennifer to my friends family and people I don't even know she went above and beyond Great realtor and a friend thank you Jennifer
