My Client Reviews
From our first meeting at the the house we were selling she was friendly , knowledgeable and very encouraging . Any questions were answered right away . DeeAnn made the whole process smooth and stress free. We would definitely call her again.
We were very happy with DeeAnn. She knew the area we bought our house in and had good advice on offer price and negotiation. She got back to us in a timely manner when we had questions. She was at all appointments including: showings, appraisals, inspections, and closing on time with all the necessary paperwork and any contacts we may need. DeeAnn has a good reputation in the area so all the people from meetings mentioned above were happy to work with her. If I had a family member moving to town I would be happy to refer DeeAnn.
In January 2017 I listed house with DeeAnn. She showed it and brought me 2 bids in a week, both well over asking price. She guided us through the process of selling and also found us several listings of properties for sale in the new area we wanted to be in. She helped us negotiate a price for the one we decided on and helped us through the process of purchasing the new one. she always keep us informed of what was going on from the negations to the closing and all the paperwork and inspections in between. If I could not be someplace she was always willing to cover for me and would keep me informed as to what had been gone on. She was always available from early morning until late evening and if I had a question she would answer it willingly or get back to me shortly with the answer. I would highly recommend DeeAnn and will certainly use her services if I have any future real estate needs.
My family and I moved to Lebanon to take a new job. Having never been here before, DeeAnn's in depth knowledge of the area and local real estate nuances, was so helpful. The property we chose was more complicated than normal with multiple parcels and structures. DeeAnn expertly helped us throughout the entire process, from showing to closing.
DeeAnn is a family friend so when it came time to buy our first house we knew exactly who we were going to call-- yet even if she wasn't a friend, her reputation for real-estate proceeds her in the Upper Valley; she is the best of the best! As this was our first time home buying we had questions about EVERYTHING! She was always extremely responsive and knowledgeable about every little aspect of the process. She spent countless hours taking us on tours of houses until we finally found the right one and then again worked tirelessly negotiating with the sellers to get us the best price we could get. She always had our best interest in mind and worked endlessly to help get us the things that were the most important/necessary to us. We used a First-Time Home Buyer loan which added a lot more complication to the whole process, but DeeAnn kept us in the loop practically 24/7 to the on goings and the decisions that needed to be made; if it weren't for her dedication and overall knowledge of the whole big picture, I'm not sure we would have ever gotten to the finish line. We can not thank her enough for all of her hard work and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house, whether its your first, second or 5th, she is dedicated to getting you the house and price that works best for you!

Over the last several months, we have all been learning how to adapt to the changes brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. While many of our celebrations, events and travel plans have been put on hold, moving does not have to be one of them. Moving and Storage are actually considered essential businesses, which means they have remained open during government mandated stay home/shelter in place orders. With a little extra planning and by following the CDC and WHO safety measures, you...
