About Gina

Gina comes into real estate with the support and mentoring of her brother, Lance Powell, with 15 years’ experience and a company that has over 113 years in the business. With a teaching background and being a mother of three, Gina has learned patience, multitasking, organization, and many other skill sets. Gina is an avid college football fan following her sons’ Division I games. She enjoys watching Real Estate and decorating HGTV shows, reading a variety of books, and tinkering with flower garden projects. Communication and service are two skills Gina believes are essential to each transaction and each individual. Her belief in understanding and getting now each person’s needs is a high priority.
