I obtained my real estate license because I enjoy working with people and helping clients achieve their real estate goals. I also enjoy the unique challenges of the real estate industry and the opportunity to work on beautiful properties in Plumas County. I strive to develop good working relationships with all my clients and to conduct real estate business with honesty and integrity. I work closely as an agent with my husband, Bob Lindquist, who has been a realtor in Plumas County for over 20 years. I am originally from Palo Alto, but we raised two boys in Walnut Creek and have lived in Plumas County for 20 years near Lake Davis where we enjoy the abundant wildlife and all the beautiful scenery that the Sierras has to offer. I also have over 30 years of experience in environmental science working with private landowners and ranchers to develop resource management and watershed plans for rural properties.

Donna made the entire process easy and efficient especially being that we have been dealing with this pandemic. I didn't expect my house to sell quickly given its location and price. And then the pandemic started which created a new set of challenges. I was absent from the property most of the time and Donna took care of issues for me as they came up. She was in constant communication. I relied on her local knowledge to adjust the listing price. When I did get a offer her advice was invaluable in making the deal come together. I knew I could trust her opinion. She made it clear that it was my decision to make and I also knew she had my best interest at heart. As the deal progressed there were many loose ends. Her attention to detail is exceptional. I tend to be high energy wanting things to get done quickly. I appreciated Donna's patience in helping me sell the dream home my late husband and I built with the belief we would live there forever. She cares about her clients. I would highly recommend her.

Selling my home with Donna as my agent was a great experience. In Arizona my agent works for Keller Williams, and they call it "team work". My agent found the home for me, then she moved on and another person took it thru the closing. Was hard to get a strait a strait answer.
You should keep doing what you and Bob are doing its better for the buyer.

I have never been to the area before. Donna gave me all the information about the area and the neighboring communities. I started out wanting to buy some property and build a home on it but then I changed gears and decided to buy a used preowned home instead. In both cases Donna provided me a lot of information so I could make my decision on which property to make an offer on. Negotiations with the seller we're at times difficult, Donna hung in there with me and we finally made a deal. I am extremely happy in my new home and the area. I don't think it could've been done without Donna's help determination. I would be remiss if I didn't give a shout out to Donna's husband Bob. He provided a lot of help with the sale also, they make a great team.

Working with Donna to sell a parcel of land we'd held for several years was a very positive experience. She obviously knows the local market quite well, and was able to help us set a realistic sale price and feel more comfortable rejecting the initial low offers. My wife and I found Bob and Donna Lindquist, both realtors, above and beyond helpful in working out details of our property sale, including pest inspection requirements, septic inspection requests from buyer, well inspection, and home inspection. We dealt with Donna's husband Bob Lindquist about a year ago. He was honest and fair and pointed out things we may not have wanted to hear. There was one house I really liked and Bob pointed out the neighborhood was not the best, houses in need of repair We did purchase a different house and every time I drive by the other house I thank Bob.
