Stacey Sandoe of Coldwell Banker Kappel Gateway Realty brings a rare combination of deep market knowledge, real-world valuation expertise, and genuine care for her clients. Her path to real estate is rooted in both life experience and professional discipline, giving her clients a distinct advantage whether buying or selling. Originally from Long Island, New York, Stacey grew up as an “Air Force Brat,” living across the country and abroad before her family settled in Fairfield, California in 1985. That upbringing shaped her adaptability, strong work ethic, and appreciation for helping others navigate major life transitions—qualities that naturally carry into her work with clients today. She now calls Napa home, where she lives on a vineyard in the Carneros District with her longtime partner, Rick, and enjoys time with her two daughters, son-in- law, and her tuxedo cat, Walter. Before real estate, Stacey spent 15 years in retail management with brands such as Macy’s, Victoria’s Secret, and Jones New York, where she developed exceptional client service and leadership skills. She then transitioned into a career as a Residential Real Estate Appraiser, covering the San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento Valley. That experience continues to set her apart providing her clients with a sharp understanding of pricing, market value, and negotiation strategy that few agents can offer. Recognized as one of the Top 3 Realtors in Solano County by the Daily Republic Reader's Choice Awards in 2025, Stacey is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results.
