My Client Reviews
Can't say I was happy the Navy sending me to Travis AFB in this real estate climate. However, I can say Nina made the process much better. She always had timely information on homes going on the market, good recommendations for locations and great communication! I felt she always understood what my main goals were in finding a place to live and directed her recommendations accordingly. She has my highest recommendation!
We are so thankful to have found Nina who flawlessly navigated us in this process of purchasing our first home, while completing it entirely virtually! We are a military family with six kiddos and stationed in NJ and were looking for a home to fit us all in CA! Nina made it easy by setting up Zoom meetings with us, as well as being incredibly flexible with the 3 hour time difference and my husbands flying schedule. Nina stayed in constant contact with us with daily/weekly conversations/updates as well as traveling to visit and walk through several properties on our behalf! As first time home buyers, what I didnt anticipate being of great value to us was having a realtor who would take the time to have meaningful conversations with us about what our long term goals as homeowners were, which while being military can create some unique challenges, as well as our current needs in a home. Discussing these specific needs made way for us to move ahead with a solid plan as to what type of home we were looking for, what our must haves were and what we were willing to compromise on, which in this housing climate was important for us to understand that there might be certain concessions we would have to be willing to make in order to find our home! This all made the rest of the process, including closing, seamless! We are so thankful for Nina in helping us navigate purchasing our first home, taking time and having patience to answer all of our questions, sometimes twice and always making herself available to clarify the entire process as we moved along through closing. This was an overwhelmingly positive experience where we learned a ton and genuinely feel like we came out on top with the house of our dreams! Thank you Nina!

Ruhstaller Farm and Brewery in Dixon has been a new local favorite this season. It's a great place for anyone who loves good music, great beer, and a relaxed atmosphere. My little family has been several times this summer, and every time we go we leave happier than when we arrived. It's a place for cyclists, dog lovers, families, college students, and beer lovers. There is always a food truck serving up quality food, we snagged some great Mexican when we went last week. You can always count on d...

Although we are here for my husband's Air Force career, we did purposefully choose Travis Air Force Base. Where else in the country can you get such amazing variety and diversity in things to do! The mountains, ocean, valleys, San Francisco, Napa, Sacramento, Yosemite.... I could go on and on. Before we moved, I wasn't the happiest about living in an expensive state. Since 2019, I have been learning more and more about what makes this place amazing. My hope for this blog is to share with you w...
