Linda is great. She listens to what you want and try's above and beyond to find what you want. We had a couple of bumps in the road, but she kept focused and me focused on what I wanted, my FOREVER home. Working with her, finally found me that home. She is also trying to move our closing date up so she can get me into my FOREVER sooner! Linda is awesome!

Linda went to bat for us many times with a difficult buyer. She had to put out many fires with a demanding buyer and did a lot of hand holding with us to calm our concerns. We were impressed with her professional handling of all real estate issues from listing to completion of sale.

Linda has a magnetic personality, she is a quick responder and uses her real estate computer tools with ease. She communicates well with all parties involved and makes sure she has a clear understanding of family needs and goals. She is respectful of her clients price ranges and is knowledgable of the listings and commerce in the area. Linda was always cognitive of timelines and very intune with the VA loan process. Linda was very helpful, and respectful from day one. I had no clue on how to even begin to buy a house. She set me up with the financial company that I purchased through. Linda went out of her way on several equations to show a house that I wanted to see. Iam very pleased with Linda and would proudly recommend her.
My Experience
- When it came time to put our family homestead on the market, we knew there was only one professional that we entrusted with the sale of such a unique property: Linda Bowen-Hughes. There was nothing easy or standard about the sale of our property, which had been in the same family for 184 years, and there were complications upon complications that Linda skillfully, calmly managed, while also helping us with the emotional aspect of selling a home that meant so much to us.
