Jamie Wright

Jamie is the BEST!! My work referred me to her company for relocation support. During my final interview trip, Jamie drove us all around Chittenden County showing us homes I'd preselected and ones she thought we'd like. She also included several apartments so we would have a good idea of the options. When we decided to rent first, Jamie and her colleague reviewed lease agreements and provided endless advice helping us find a great month to month apartment for a reasonable rent. When we moved Jamie was a constant support proactively providing local tips and ensuring we settled in comfortably. Jamie continued to check-in at just the right intervals and keep us apprised of homes coming on the market that fit our wish list. She never pressured us to spend more than our budget and every property she sent us fell within our range and met our criteria. When we found a home we liked and wanted to tour, she had us in to see it in less than 24 hours - in this market at our price range, that's critical as homes go quickly. Once we found our dream home she was excellent at managing the negotiations and keeping the price in our range. Throughout the inspection process, and subsequent concessions and repairs, Jamie was a proactive advocate. She was on top of every detail and preemptively answered all of my questions. If I did have a follow-up question, she'd respond within minutes. She ensured all deadlines were met by the seller so we would close on time (not an easy feat!). Now that we are in the home she continues to support us and ensure we have all we need to enjoy our home. Jamie is spectacular! We feel so lucky to have had her help in the home buying process. She really is the best in her field.
