    As we look back on another good year in real estate for the Toledo area, I thought I would provide some basic market stats to see where the numbers ended up falling during a busy 12 months. Based on statistics from the National Association of Realtors, we should see another year similar to 2021. Buyer demand will remain steady but will not increase as it has the past 5 years. Appreciation will stay steady in 2022, but more modest gains.
