Really glad that we had Judy as our real estate agent. Relocating to an entirely new area with remote house hunting, I had a lot of apprehensions on what we might end up with. When we first met Judy, I was impressed with her professionalism and the knowledge of the area. It was evident that this is her passion and not merely a 9-5 job. She immediately caught on what an ideal house looks like for us and from there on she made the entire process seamless - identified houses that met our criteria, arranged a virtual tour/virtual inspection/virtual closing. After finding the perfect home for us, she did not stop there. She identified local title companies, mortgage lenders for us to choose from to ensure we close in a short duration in the midst of a pandemic.
Highly recommend....was a pleasure to work with...certainly one of the best in her profession...

Judy was phenomenal from the beginning. The first time we met her, she was very professional, very focused and very thorough. She is passionate of her work. She would explain everything about the properties and answer any and every question we had. We bought the house remotely. She walked us through the first time we saw the house explaining each and everything about the house. For the inspection, she walked with the inspector and helped answer all the questions that we had. She is very trustworthy, honest and an intelligent professional who listens to your needs and understands and then responds with the best outcomes. She walked us one final time as well before the closing was about to happen. We basically saw the house through her eyes. We could reach out to her even late at night and she would be so prompt in responding back. When we finally saw the house, we loved it. We can't thank Judy enough. She found a house for us in this crazy market. Without her we couldn't have bought our beautiful home. She is just amazing to work with and the best in her profession. I would highly recommend her.

Judy is someone who really cares about what her clients want/need, she listens. She is willing to go the extra mile before, during and after the home sale/purchase to help her clients.

Whenever I have questions about buying or investment opportunities, Judy is more than willing to meet or discuss with me, no matter how soon I may actually make a purchase. Additionally, I have been around her when she's dealing with her more active clients, and I personally witness her dedication to their needs. I enjoyed working with Judy. Judy was able to sell my old home by helping me understand what to do to prepare for the sell. Judy found professional services to assist with all the prep required in the prep process. While selling my old home, Judy was able to assist me with locating a new home that satisfied my current needs. I will be using Judy again when its time for my next relocation.

First of all, I don't give out 5 star ratings and I don't really like working with
Real Estate agents. However, let me just say that I am so glad that we had Judy working for us. We had to overcome extraordinary circumstances and she was able to navigate us through every step of the home buying process. She stayed upbeat and positive and kept us informed of all new developments. I would definitely use her again and recommend her highly. 5 Stars!!!

Judy worked tirelessly over more that a year to find us the perfect property. Since moving to Oklahoma in 2017 we have wanted to find a way to return to Bella Vista in the future. Judy sent us listings, scheduled showings on short notice to accommodate our trips, helped us with preparing to close and through it all was cheerful and fun to be around.
