I found Carmen on a fluke. I was working with another realtor that didn't have my best interest and I was frustrated! At work, I mentioned my frustration and a coworker gave me Carmen's name. I went to my realtor, sitting in his office, told him I was thinking about changing realtors. He allowed me to call Carmen from his desk phone, Carmen answered and I explained the situation. We were All on speaker, she was upbeat and said she would love to help me out. We hung up, I said my goodbyes to Mr. Realtor and in a half hour I was in Carmen's office. We were in the market to find a small home close to campus for our son to live in while attending UofA and she listened to what we were wanting as far as size, location and price and within a couple days she had several options ready for us to look at. We made an offer that same day!!! Four years later we went back to Carmen to help us sell this same house. Holy cow she was amazing! We had an offer within 24 hours. Can't thank her enough for being so depending and extremely friendly, easy to be with and talk to.
