Patsy is a true Rogers native, she was born on the property where the Susie Q drive Inn is located, (the intersection of N. 2nd St and Locust St. in Rogers) she grew up on her family's strawberry farm about 7 mile from Downtown Rogers, where she learned the values of hard work and always doing the right thing. Patsy's start in real estate was shortly after obtaining a license in 1977, and being widowed with 4 children in 1978. Patsy not only saw the explosive growth in NWA, she was part of it. With an eye to the future, Patsy was at the forefront of the building boom in NWA, turning her focus to developing subdivisions, building single family homes and Class A office space.
