I've dealt with a lot of realtors in my time, and I must say, out of all I have dealt with, Tricia is one of the best. She was very helpful in the process, often times dealing with potential problems before they had a chance to develop. She is VERY knowledgeable about the real estate process and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Tricia Shade is the most ambitious, go-getter, I ever have worked with. She always was willing to go 2 extra miles to get a task accomplished. Willing to do what needed to be accomplished as quick as possible. She never said " no" when a request was made, and always communicated every detail about what needed to be done. Nothing is harder than losing a loved one and having to settle their estate. When I lost my dad he was in Florida and I live in Arizona which made for an extremely dfficult situation. I hired Tricia sight unseen to sell my dad's house because of her expertise of the real estate market and the local area. Tricia handled every aspect of getting my inherited house sold. She scheduled the cleaners, painters, needed electrical repairs and made sure everything was in tip top shape all while I was out of state. Can you imagine worrying about getting all that done? Tricia is the one of the most dynamic realator I have had pleasure working with. Her knowledge of the demand, location and valuation of Port Richey real estate market was spot on. Tricia knows her job. We thought our price was decent and Tricia said you won't get that in this area. She suggested a price and within a very short time we had a sale VHA but that fell thru but within that same week we got a solid sale and closed in approx 3 weeks. Tricia was great to work with, kept us informed of any changes and suggested what should be repaired. All went very well and smoothly. A good agent.

My wife and I were searching for a good real estate agent and had read many reviews. I called 5 of what I thought maybe the top agents in the area and told myself I was going with the one that called back first. Yes that was Tricia (within an hour). For some reason response time is a big deal for me. The other agents called back the next day or as late as 3 days later. Tricia immediately had a list of homes in our area and price range to look at. After we looked at the third house I noticed something about Tricia I has never experienced with another agent in my lifetime. This was once we were in a house she took total control by pointing out good and bad , what an inspector would look for , even what it would cost to do a repair. She also wanted to run comps in the area to make sure the appraisal would be okay. Tricia advertises "not your average real estate agent", which is so true. I would say she is also a buyers guardian angel and will protect your interest in everyway making sure you don't end up in a pitfall or a bad situation later down the road.. So folks if you are looking for an agent that had knowledge of the market, quick response time, along with attention to detail , Tricia is the agent I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a home. I am sure she is just as good as a listing agent for sellers.
