About Terri

Terri Monrad moved to the Kansas City area over 32 years ago, drawn by the abundance of entertainment, restaurants and recreation options. Her passion for this community and her love of building new relationships made a career in real estate a natural fit. Terri loves working with first time home buyers, and helping homeowners upgrade to a home that better suits their needs. As a former professional in new home development and continuing care retirement communities, she has assisted over 200 families in Kansas and Missouri make meaningful life changes. Terri also holds a Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) designation, allowing her to help seniors making the transition from their long-time home in a positive way. When she’s not assisting all of the amazing people who have chosen to call Kansas City home, Terri enjoys spending time with her husband Mathew, cooking with friends or exploring the many regional and ethnic cuisines the area offers. In the spring, you’ll find her in the garden planting herbs, peppers and a few tomatoes along with flowers for the season. She is actively involved in her church singing in two choral ensembles and serving on the leadership team. She embraces a positive mindset, and believes that life is too short to linger on the negative. Live life, be well, and be happy!
