Hello! I'm Trenda (she/her). Originally from Upstate New York, I've been on Pocumtuck land since 2005, residing in present-day Northampton, Springfield, and Greenfield. What can I say, I love it here! I am creative and collaborative by nature and by training. Trenda helped my best friend and I get a house in this wild housing market during the pandemic. It is a good thing you are reading this, because your search for a realtor is about to be fulfilled! Isn't that a relief when you already have so much to think about on your house hunt? Trenda, who helped us buy our first home this year, was an excellent partner and advocate throughout the process.

Trenda Loftin was recommended to us when we were interested in purchasing a vacation/investment home in the Western Massachusetts area. Our wonderful Coldwell Banker friend and agent encouraged us to call her. Within a day, she found us a property we had not seen and it was exactly the unique property we had hoped for and more.
