From the very beginning, when we spotted the house that we wanted and called Tracy after seeing her name on the sign, we were treated with respect, integrity and a sense of friendship. I would truly say that we would love to remain friends with Tracy now that we have bought a house in Rock Hall. We are not from the area, so during the process, Tracy helped us to meet with inspectors, contractors, lawyers and mortgage brokers, and gave us options for who we might want to speak to. She helped us with information about the area and was always quick to get back to us if we had questions. Her passion for the area also helped in our decision making.
