Chestertown can be a truly magical place during the holidays! The holiday season kicks off just after Thanksgiving with the Christmas parade and Santa's arrival. Santa maintains a "home" in fountain park where children can stop in and give him their wish list. The "Dickens of a Christmas" Festival follows with a true Victorian feel throughout the town. September is here, school is back in session, and cooler temps are on the way! Summer was great, and for sure I'll miss it but cooler temps can mean more outside activities and the holidays are just around the corner. Stroll through the Chestertown Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and hit up the local shops downtown. Then, stop into some of our local restaurants for some outdoor dining. You'll be glad you did!It's just warm enough to enjoy a great run or bike ride without having to bundle up....
