    2021 Summary

    2021 is in the bag. For the most part a pretty good year in Real Estate. And here in North Central Washington it was no exception. Rates have continued low; though in last two weeks we have started to move up. My thoughts is they will hit 5% by the Fall though there are many that think June could be the date.     New Construction

    Last summer a builder I had worked with in the past wanted to do some more homes if I would list them. Naturally I agreed. In the past we had done about 15 homes and it felt good to get started again! All his homes and this one too have been specs and all have sold before the Certificate of Occupancy was issued and this one did too!.
