2021 Summary

2021 is in the bag. For the most part a pretty good year in Real Estate. And here in North Central Washington it was no exception. Rates have continued low; though in last two weeks we have started to move up. My thoughts is they will hit 5% by the Fall though there are many that think June could be the date. Last summer a builder I had worked with in the past wanted to do some more homes if I would list them. Naturally I agreed. In the past we had done about 15 homes and it felt good to get started again!
