You could not do better than Emily for buying or selling a house. Emily helped us find the perfect house for our family in our desired location, within our budget, and in a quick timeframe. She negotiated on our behalf to get the best possible deal for us. She helped with inspections, financing, and identifying professionals to do needed repairs on our new house. She made buying a home with 2 small children extremely stress-free. She is already helping us prepare to list our old house as well. We had a fantastic experience working with Emily!

I would like to commend Ms. Emily Westerheid for her outstanding customer service. Emily served as my realtor for the purchase of a new home in Waterloo, IL, in January of 2020. I was living in Virginia at the time and was moving to Illinois due to a job transfer with very short notice. As you know buying a house while in another state can be quite difficult, however Emily's excellent assistance made the whole transaction run smoothly from start to finish. Every time I had a question (and there were many) Emily always provided me with a prompt reply that was so detailed that it answered my question without the need of any follow-up questions. She arranged an advanced virtual walk-thru of the home I was eyeing, and she spent almost 2 hours showing me everything about the house via FaceTime. She was quite knowledgeable about the home, the neighborhood, the town, the schools, and even helped me figure out the best route to commute to my work location. When I flew out for that actual tour, Emily had done such a superb job in preparation that I was done in a day and was able to fly back early. Her devotion throughout was wonderful and it really helped in my decision making. To me, a realtor who would take measures like these is going way above and beyond the call of duty. Emily was always there when I needed her. Her professionalism and dedication while dealing with the lending company, the home inspectors, the closing agents and all other parties was exemplary. I couldn't have done it without her. She also informed me that as a disable vet, I could get a discount on property tax, something no one else I dealt with during the transaction told me.
