Cathleen is AMAZING! She will never pressure you into a sale like some pushy agents will. As first time home buyers we did not know what we were doing and she worked so well with us. She knows right away if you like a home or not and point out things you may miss. She knows the O'Fallon IL and the surrounding area like the back of her hand. She knows home repair as well! She can give you ballpark estimates on the spot for home repairs to help you make an educated decision on your purchase or sale fast! And she is FAST! You will feel like her only customer with how fast she replies to you and how much care she puts into you as her customer. I will use her in the future if we sell and buy for sure!!!
