About Virginia

Virginia is a 100% dedicated Realtor® who goes above and beyond for her clients, working hand-in-hand to help them achieve their goals. Born and raised in Palo Alto, Virginia comes from a self-made family who ran the wholesale flower business in San Francisco and Half Moon Bay. From an early age, she learned the importance of efficiency, service, and building lifelong client relationships. Inspired by her father’s investments, she developed a passion for real estate that continues to guide her today. In 1991, Virginia and her family moved to the Napa Valley, where she and her husband invested in residential, industrial, and commercial real estate before she joined Coldwell Banker Brokers of the Valley. Over the years, she has built a reputation as a compassionate, hardworking, and award-winning Realtor®, consistently recognized in the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society, Sterling Society, and President’s Circle. Virginia partners with her son, Casey, to form The Morse Group — a trusted mother-and-son real estate team. Together, they combine Virginia’s years of experience with Casey’s fresh perspective, community involvement, and dedication to service, giving their clients a dynamic advantage in today’s real estate market. In her spare time, Virginia enjoys gardening, hiking, and watching her grandsons play sports.
