Trent is wonderful to work with. He is a team player and was immense help in our recent purchase of a beautiful home. Trent took the time to get to know us. He helped us refine our house hunting goals and narrow our search to a home we were happy with and could afford. He is knowledgeable and professional. When asked for his opinion, he was honest and forthright. Trent is a good communicator. He kept us informed of our progress every step of the way. He made sure that all necessary purchase documents were submitted by us and others correctly and on time. He answered our questions, phone calls, and emails promptly, even on weekends. He was happy to adjust his schedule to meet ours. He was present during the home inspection and final walk through. He made sure necessary remedial repair actions by the seller were either performed before the sale or adjusted for in the price. By his actions, he earned our trust. He coordinated the purchase with listing agents, mortgage broker, inspectors, and title company. He did a great job representing our interests. By his efforts, we were able to close and purchase our home on the target date and at the price we had negotiated. We highly recommend Trent as a competent, responsive, professional, effective, and friendly realtor you can rely on and trust.

Here are a few recommendations for sightseeing in the virtual world—no passport required! African river wildlife cam: htt...

Fortunately, there are plenty of fun destinations to be found on the Internet for both kids and adults. From zoos to parks to aquariums, here are some recommendations for animal watching that don't involve hours of travel, searching for clean bathrooms, or expen...

It's finally spring—the weather is warming up, flowers are blooming, birds are singing, and it's a great time for families to be outside. Unfortunately, in the midst of the current health crisis, some of the usual spots for group outings are off-limits: playgrounds, some parks, picnic shelters, etc. Kids are home from school for the umpteenth day, and many parents are now working from home and struggling to find activities for their children beyond the work that schools have provided. Plus, when...
