About Rashid

I'm Rashid Raza, a REALTOR with Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty, helping buyers, sellers, and investors in Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, and nearby areas. I've owned and managed rental properties in Temecula since 2010. For most of that time, I also worked in technology, designing business systems, consulting, programming, and managing projects. I started my career as an accountant, and I'm the former owner and operator of a local Dairy Queen franchise. That mix of numbers, property ownership, and small business experience shapes how I work. I help my clients understand the real costs, the risks, and the options, so they can make decisions with confidence. Whether you're buying your first home, selling, or adding an investment property, I'll give you clear, honest advice. I speak English, Urdu, and Hindi.
