What an awesome job my realtor Melissa did! My husband and I were looking to buy a second home near Mays Landing so we could be close to my daughter and new grandson. We wanted a condo/townhouse where there would be low maintenance. She heard us and started finding properties according to our specifications Because of the travel from north Jersey down to Atlantic County, we had asked Melissa to go to properties and FaceTime us so we can see. She found us a beautiful condo with everything we were looking for. We saw the property through FaceTime where we immediately put an offer in. She was a wonderful negotiator savings us money as well as an expert eye on things that should be noted about the property and inspection. She made sure all parties were informed and helped to ensure the deal closed on time. She checked in often with us and even after closing she brought us a beautiful housewarming present. She has been one of the most dynamic realtors that I have ever dealt with and I have been involved with the sale or purchase of at least 15 properties in my lifetime.
